Fuel dripping from under the truck - rear engine area

I started my truck a couple of mornings ago and noticed some fluid dripping from under the truck, near the rear of the engine. It looked like water so I drove to work. On my way there I had the heater on and could smell a strong fuel smell - couldn't figure it out. This morning I started it up and the same thing happened. I decided to check it out. I got under the truck and touched the large liquid puddle - it was DIESEL FUEL dripping down like crazy. I shut the truck off and took another vehicle to work. I didn't have time to look under the hood.

I have not idea what could cause fuel to drip from under the truck near the rear of the engine/transmission area. I looked at the HFCM under the truck and it looks fine. No leaks or anything. Do you guys have any ideas or has this happened to you???
