There is a plug in the back of each head with an oring that caps off the fuel line. My guess would be that you have a bad oring.

If you look at the front of the heads you will see where the fuel line goes into each head, that's the same location on the back of the head.

If I remember correctly it takes a T30 torx bit for the plug. It's not exactly easy to get to with the head in there. I was able to get my hands up there (barely) by removing the exhaust manifolds so I could move the y-pipe some.
