Low-Speed Cruise Control?
I've got a FL-112 Freightliner with an M11 Cummins that's being converted to a sprayer. I'd like to be able to run a steady speed down around 10-15 mph, but the cruise control won't activate under 30mph. Is there any way to hotwire it to work at slower speeds? The truck itself is REALLY low-geared, so it's 1500+ RPM, it just locks out the cruise control. If not, has anyone adapted the do-it-yourself AIC to work on one of these?
