I didn't mean the MPG reset button.
Recalibrate as in make it read the MPG accurately. This is typical in other vehicles where you let it run out a tank of fuel and then somehow get the computer in a learning mode where you tell it that you ran through a tank of fuel over the last XXX miles driven. It then sets up a new slope for the fuel consumption rate vs. mph formula.
