Soft clunking sound

This is my first post and I hope I can clearly explain my issue. I just purchased a used 2008 F350 6.4L. About a week after I bought it I had the radiator replaced (warranty). Since that time (a week ago) I hear a mild clunking sound coming from what seems to be the right rear. It almost sounds like something is moving in the bed. The bed is empty and the sound happens while standing still with the engine running and while moving...only occasionally. It started on the way home from the dealer aftyer having the radiator replaced. I have not mentioned this to the dealer yet, as I would like to get an idea of what is causing it. It may be coming from the exhaust pipe area...possibly. I would greatly appreciate any information I can get. Thanks in advance for the help.
This is my second PowerStroke. My first was a 1997 7.3L. I had nothing but great luck with that truck (200,000 miles). I hope this will be as good.
