If it does I would make sure all of the breather tubes are installed and pull your primary fuel filter and check for fuel tank delamination. Aft axle tanks are prone to get water in tank.
Thanks.. do you happen to have the part number for the check valve and fuel pressure regulator. Also you would think that other injectors would have failed if it was a bad fuel pressure regulator.
