Any engine with 200,000 miles is going to need some work done to it. Some a lot more than others. The 6.0 seems to need a few adjustments to be reliable, however, with that many miles on it, maybe the kinks were already taken care of. Ford is claiming 250,000 miles for the 6.0? Big price to pay if you are only going to get 50,000 more miles.
