I had this problem when a squirrel chewed the wire that went to the diff for the speed sensor. Since you replaced that already and assuming that it is a good one I would look over the wiring again to make sure. Any little knick will let moisture in and finally, corrosion.
The other thing is that I have headlight, panel and gauge issues when it is really cold. It only happens when it is really cold. I have yet to find the answer to this.
I know this doesn't help much, but this has been my experience.
