Flywheel Damage? How do i know if I need to replace?

I just took the dust shield off and inspected the flywheel. Almost all of the teeth have a good wear in them. Just a slight rounding off. No teeth missing.

How do I know if it is damaged to the point that I need to replace?

I am attaching a pic. It's not great so I might take more. I am about to pull the starter cause I have a replacement. But I need to know if I now need to change the flyweel. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Ryan
