Found it... I came across an article at AskaMechanic.com (free site), that saved me a bunch of money. It led me look the plugs in the back of the fuse box. The wire, (white w/ violet stripe, upper right when looking at face of plug), that feeds the abs module also splices off and feeds the turn signals, had backed out of the plug and was not making contact. I just pushed it back in, it locked in place, and put back together.
