That's why I bought one that the dealers contact directly and bill directly. Plus, mine is a Platinum plan that has a zero deductible. When checking out a company, call your local dealer's service dept. (or whoever works on your truck) and ask them how user friendly the company is to work with. You can check with the BBB in your area too. One of the best things about aftermarket companies is the freedom of being able to have someone other than the dealer work on your truck. And I see from many complaints listed on this site (and others) that many folks are not happy with the dealers service depts. Just choose carefully. Good luck, and Happy New Year!
