Thanks for all the info. The tech specifically said they had updated the programming? Maybe he was talking about an updated flash?
I just thought it was odd to talk to the guy running the fleet department; him telling me he's going to change some of the inner components of the turbo except the housing; but he was just waiting on the okay from Ford. Then he calls me back saying that he looked at the turbo and I have the updated parts and Ford wants to try changing the programing/ strategy. Maybe he just applied some anti-sieze compound to stop the squealing.
I'll see how it runs tomorrow. Thanks for your help.
