If it's only the outer seals (the ones that seal the axle shaft to the hub), all you need to do is unbolt the axle and pull it out, and replace the seal. If it's the inner hub seal (the one that seals the hub and bearing assembly to the tube), you have to remove the axle shaft, brake caliper and anchor, brake rotor and hub. The seal would then need to be pryed out of the hub and reinstalled with (what should be) an installation tool.
