WHY ALL OF A SUDDEN ? THERE WERE NO COMPLAINTS LAST WINTER AND NOW THERE IS ???)

I'm going to try the cardboard behind the front grill trick and see what happens. I'll report back to you guys. Heat is nice now that it's 2c outside
