Thanks for the replies Patrick and Craig.

Patrick, I installed new Motorcraft pins when I replaced the calipers a few years ago. They still look good, but I suppose new pins could help.

Craig, luckily, I know where the clunk is coming from, the problem is finding the shims to correct the issue.

So, if anyone knows of a source for shims to correct the worn slides, it would really help.
