You got me beat all right. I bought mine used with 9k miles in late 2005. It stays in the garage unless I use it for hauling or just a weekly drive.
We drove a 7.3 and a 6.0 before we made a decision. We both liked the 04 much better. That trans is great. I have worked the truck pretty good towing up to 8k feet from sea level.
