My friend has a feet of V10s for his landscape business. You really cant go wrong with the V10. They are hard to find and have very poor resale value. His 05 V10 will do everything my 6.0 will do no problem. His trucks range from 50k miles to 191k miles. Cost $19.00 for an oil change and the truck with 191k miles only needed coils and an EGR valve its hole life ( about $250.00 in parts) He runs 4.33 gears in them all and gas mileage sucks about 8 towing and 10-12 around town maybe 15 on the highway. But when you take into account his low maintenance cost and the cost of diesel its not bad at all.
