So I found a description on TSB 06-4-12

Im am not familiar with the TSB's. From what I have been reading I take it they are notices put out by the dealer regarding problems with the vehicle? If that is what it means should it be covered or is it just some sort of notification? Should I print the TSB or should I just give the number to the dealer? I checked on TSB 06-23-16 which I found at
6.0 PowerStroke bulletins and couldnt find anything.
What is my next step?
