Yeah, that's the way mine is, but when I hit an incline that VGT kicks on and it goes.
Do you drive your truck enough? By that, I mean that maybe your vanes are stuck. I hear from a lot of folks that you need to drive these trucks on a regular basis, otherwise condensation builds up in the turbo and the vanes rust and eventually seize.
