I also just went through this. And mine had 84k as well. Took 7 to 10 seconds to start. Finally would not start at all. Had it towed in to dealer. After replacing the SCT fittings and the galley plug O rings or D rings. all was well.
They also replace #6 injector to cure morning sickness when cold. Took about 5 to run smoothly until warmed up.
