I certainly can't help here. The F650 is powered by a VT365 - quite different from the 6.0PSD in many respects.
You will need to find a shop that has access to a scan tool loaded with the MD software. The usual Ford IDS sort of can do it, but the dealership you chose will have had to pay the subscription fees to enable the software. We've only seen a couple of 650s in the past several years so it really isn't worth our while (and we don't sell these trucks, either).
