The only other option is take it to a International dealership,Yeah I know you cant be towin it all over hell)I work at one and Have Done relashes on a Couple F-650's over the years and It has Internationals software.So like said a Regular Ford dealer that just sells pickups prolly wont have the software compatible to diagnose the issue.I am also Inclined to lean towards a High pressure Oil problem IMO.You need to have it hooked up to a Laptop check codes, check ICP while cranking and see whats goin on there.They are Notorious for STC issues and cracked branch tubes.Proper diagnostics is gonna get you where you need to be as far as a fix.
