Why is PMing my question to you not good enough to get an answer?

I can answer the PM's if i have the information available to me but a lot of times our tech support department is the best bet as they specialiaze in specific tech questions. As an example I can tell you the exact way to hook up your tuner, tell you how to fix most issues with it and so forth. There are certain questions I can't answer especially when the parts are for an application other then what it's intended for. They are, however, a very busy department so your best bet is to call them directly. Make sure you tell them you were reffered from this web site. Now, back on topic.....
