I am far from an expert. Just guessing. I saw there were no posts yet for you. I am also not sure if your 6.0 has this or not. But if it does i would check the wastegate. I can just imagine while all that was apart, your wastegate getting some exhaust junk stuck in it, keeping it open. Either that or a leak somewhere else. Just a guess from a noob.
