Does it make the same peak boost stock vs. with the programmer? If there are no turbine side or compressor side leaks, and it's not smoking of making boost, that sounds like (although rare) it may be a fueling or hpop issue. Have you run more than a tank of fuel through it? When we're your fuel filters last changed?
