I am testing it on the highway goin up hill, I did just get it outta tha shop sense i just hogt all this work done to me engine. Evan u say ur friend has an 03 that gets 35 PSI, does he stock exhaust? Even when i run my programer in extreme performace it does the same thing, same boost levels. Of course i brought my truck back to the dealer and let the tech look at it. We were trying everything, he even replaced my fuel pump due to my fuel pressure was a little low and we were thinking that this may be a cause. I was a little worried that when the tech reprogramed it that may tame the engine a little. But a programer should be able to trick the vgt to get those higher boost levels right? If an engine can sense no no flow thru the EGR will it deregulate the engine fuel delivery or just prevent it from running harder? My filters are clean and I have already ran 4 tanks of fuel sense the work. The tech is in my back pocket and were working on this together he is also looking for a solution.
Thanks guys for the inputs
