I had an issue with my 05 6.0 that sounds like it may have been the same. My boost would not go over 20 even in extreme mode on my edge juice box and I had difficulties passing anyone on the highway. I had taken the truck to the shop and found that nothing was wrong. Turns out where I had been buying my diesel they were pumping B20 Bio without marking it on the pump and this was my problem. Once I got rid of that Bio and ran a tank of good stuff in the tank I never had the problem again.
