I would spend some time and change the fluids (engine oil and filter, trans oil and filters and fuel filters - 2 fuel and 2 trans) and since it is a 4x4 change the transfer case oil asap. Most people forget that it has oil in it that needs to be changed when the trans oil is changed. You can do all of these yourself. You should also start to read the 6.0 drivetrain forum. It has more traffic and everything still applies to the X. You can do a junk yard search for the seat but it looks like it is fairly expensive.
