I think the diesel prices depends on where you live. Where I am it's usually $0.30-0.50 more than gas...and last summer when all fuel was crazy expensive it was more like $0.60-1.00 more for diesel.
Will be interested to see how your spreadsheet looks after a year. I'd really like to be able to put notes in with each fill up...like highway, towing, temp, etc...just don't want to write it all down...need an on-board computer!
