I've thought of one possible problem with using the pump to pull through the filters.
How would you bleed the air out when you replace a filter?
And while on that track, I haven't seen any filter heads with a 'tire stem' style bleeder like the stock filter has.
The 24770- Filter Base I'm looking at has two unused ports, would you just add a valve stem to one of them to use as the air bleeder?
