The rating is limited because of the receiver-hitch rating. If you look at the previous pictures the first receiver-hitch has a rating of 10,000 lbs. and the second hitch has a rating of 12,500 lbs. the only thing I could find different were the bolts. The 2000 up to 2001 is limited by the hitch the 2001.5 to 2005 is limited by the GCWR. A loaded excursion is about 9,000 lbs. minus that from the 20,000 lbs. GCWR that leaves 11,000 lbs.
