Yep. I wouldn't use the torque bolts though in case you want to take the receiver hitch off. I would just use 8 bolts of part number W708082-S426. The following is an e-mail I got from Ben at

Jerry, I believe that you are right about the bolts. The following part #'s will help upgrade your hitch. W708082-S426 (qty. 6) W707796-S427 (qty. 4) and 1C7Z17758AA (qty. 2). I am going to order some of these in for stock so I can compare the difference. I will let you know what I find. Thanks -Ben-
