Well, where's the pictures
There is nothing like being out in the ocean in the middle of a school of fish.
I got certified when I was just a kid, whatever the minimum age was at the time. I think I was 13. I remember I painted a house to make the money to take the class. I'd been wanting to do it for a long time before that, just had to get old enough. Watching Lloyd Bridges in Sea Hunt every week... got me hooked

I haven't been in quite a while I plan on doing it soon though. My boy is almost getting old enough for lessons and I'd sure like to go with him. I'm going to have to sell my old steel tank though and get a nice little aluminum 50. My old back just isn't up to carting that big chunk of metal anymore. Heck I haven't had it tested in years, it might not even pass this time anyway.
Couldn't ever get my wife into it. One time in Florida went snorkeling and the first time she was swimming on top looking straight down with 30ft visibility, she freaked out and I had to drag her back in to shore. Felt like she was going to fall she said.
