I'm new to the sit, but bring a wealth of spring information with me. What you have is "T" code front spring from a 1999 to 2000 F250. This is a full taper spring with a carry capacity of 1,800 lbs. If you measure from the centerbolt to each eye along the surface of the leaf, you should have measurements of 27-1/2" and 28-1/8". If you want to buy aftermarket springs from your local spring shop, the SRI # is 43-766.

Also, just a word of caution on your liners (shims). Be sure the liners of the shims extend beyond the u-bolt, if not you create a stress riser and could cause the leaf to break at the end of the shim when the u-bolts are torqued or the spring is under load. The other thing to watch is that you don't make the shims to thick. The samething could happen under load. I hope this helps clears up the mystery.
