I get that too with that setting. Wants to shift up right away too... So when you go to change lanes and pass, you end up blowing a lot of smoke until the thing finally drops down - something to be aware of if you don't want to attract attention to yourself. I use the 40T otherwise, and it shifts fine and hardly smokes.
