Rims and Tires for my 8" fabtech lift !!!

Hey, I am new here I just thought I would see if anyone had any advice for me. I have a 2008 f250 4x4 Crewcab w 40,000 miles getting 9.5 or so MPG not pulling anything.

Curious if anyone can tell me what tire and rims would be best for this lift.
Its a 8" fabtech basic lift w a dual steering stabilizer in the front.
I am thinking about putting 38's on.. im just trying to get it as big as I can in the air. Im not sure what tire and rim to get though I dont want a tire to wear too fast and I mainly drive on the streets.. Im thinking 15" rim with all-terrain tires? I was even thinking about keeping my stock rims I think they are 17" and putting bigger tires on those but I dont know the biggest size tire to go on those rims or where to even look.. anyways as you can see Im kinda lost any advice would be nice thanks..
