My 2009 was built on 05/19/2009, and delivered in TX to me on 05/24 by the dealer. There are a few changes that you do not see. Mostly improvements, such as sound deadening (spelling) improvements. The doors sure close differently and have a different sound as they completely shut, almost like a BMW. Mine was fully loaded except for NAV, with moonroof and all power/memory options. Black leather interior.
I was told the 2010 will start showing up till late September. They are finishing up all the 09's now. The factory was idle for a few months due to the state of the economy. I ordered mine in 03/09.
