Well, our accelerators are electronicly controlled. So the assembly could have failed, fairly common. HOWEVER I have not heard of anyone loosing other gagues and such on the instrument cluster from that. SO I WOULD really figure it's a fuse or wireing problem. Maybe mess with the wires behind the fuse panel? (I had a problem with the wires on the starter relay there recently,, just a thought and easy to check out.)
