hypoxia - I think I might be having the sames issue, just got back from camping & and I was pulling 17,000lbs and anything under 45mph, my boost would only reach 20psi. Over 45mph, my boost would be over 30psi. Maybe this normal but feedback would be appreciated.
What turbo did they replace??
