Dealership is screwing me

I had my truck at the dealer ship 2 weeks ago to have the oil changed. I was also getting a water in fuel alarm. They fixed that too. So they tell me that the oil change, fuel filter change, and the sensor replacement is $285.00. They said that the fuel filters have not been changed since 15K miles. (currently 66K miles) That was why the sensor went bad. So that cost $100 for the warrenty claim. Now since the same dealership has always serviced my truck they should have changed to filters at the right time. So they expect me to pay for their screw ups? Please tell me if I am wrong.
