They come in pairs: the larger of them is on the driver's side frame rail on the HFCM (takes the same size socket as the oil filter) the other is under the smaller, removable plastic cover atop the engine by the oil filter cover. The frame mounted one can be messy to change as it will leak fuel down your arm as you screw off the cap. All in all, pretty easy to do yourself. Make sure to use Motorcraft filters as some after-market filters are not up to factory standards.
