I live in Tempe, a suburb of Phoenix. I take my truck to Jones Ford in Casa Grande, approx 50 south of my home. The service writer, Eric, has always treated me fairly. I call, make an appt., and get it there when I say I will. I tell him how many miles it has and to take care of it. He follows the maintenence schedule that is recommended. Every 5k, it gets serviced.
There are those who say I am wasting money or getting ripped off by the "stealership". This is the third truck I have bought from them. The treatment is no different than the way I was treated when I bought my first truck. Terry Behrens has always been fair with me and with those I have recommended to Jones Ford for a vehicle.
