I agree - there are some expensive weaknesses on our 6.0L engines. However, I will say "good luck getting a truck (more than 4 letters) that will not need batteries and brake work before 150k". These items are not even worth mentioning in a post unless they happen at 50k or less. If you are up to an EGR system delete and head studs, these trucks will be well on the way to being very strong and reliable. I know it is expensive, but w/ no warranty - I would find it VERY hard to stick in a "replacement in kind" EGR cooler.
