With all those injector codes all at once, it is VERY likely it is the FICM (fuel injection control module). It is $800+ part. It is covered under the engine warranty (5 yr / 100k). If you bought the 2006 truck after July 14, 2006, then you have a 5 yr / 60k EXTENDED PowerTrain warranty (just an FYI).

A dealership will most likely not do anything if you bring it in with no codes (especially since it seems to be running OK at the moment).

Also an FYI - your fuel filters need to be changed every 15k minimum (most prefer 10k). In fact if you use B5, I think Ford specifically labels this as severe service and the interval becomes 10k. Before doing warranty work, sometimes Ford will ask for your filter change records if you change them yourself. Use ONLY OEM filters (RACOR, International, or Motorcraft).
