Well, it is funny that most of you guys are ripping me but looking back thru my service records I have paid for three fuel filter changes. But that is beside the point. I take my truck in for the sercive it needs and tell them to take care of what needs to be done and call me when it is ready. They did the 30K mile service and did not change the fuel filters. Why is that. That is one of the heavy service points. You get letters in the mail about a recal right? They know what should be done and when.
My Father-in-law owned a dealership for 40 years. He said they never did crap like that.
