It has to be one or the other.... and, at some point in our lives, we need to share in the responsibility of our decisions....
I agree 100%. That is why they supply an owners manual and maintenance requirements. If you don't read them and request items when necesary, who's fault is that. They may as well save the printing costs of the owners manuals.
