SO I SUPPOSE IF THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE FILTERS THEY DID NOT CHANGE THEM DO YOU HAVE TO DRAIN THE FLUID TO CHANGE THE EXTERNAL FILTER (THE ROLL FILTER)
