Yes, the newer versions can be installded on as many machines as you want.
The access code is to the USB hardware. IT is what is controlled by their software. (When you upgrade to the newer versions, if you have had it for over a year, you will need to pay 50.00 to re activate it.) SHOULD you decide you don't want to pay that right now,, reinstall the older version you had, and it will still work.
I would stay away from ANY BUSINESS with the name "RIFF RAFF" in their title!
(Never heard of them,, so can't say I don't like them,, but I have been on these sites for a very long time, so I PERSONALLY would go with an established vendor on them,, )
