Sounds like a UVC harness problem to me.

Your best approach is to get the codes pulled with a PSD capable scan tool (on that can do an injector buzz test). You'll most likely get a P1316 and one or two P127X codes indicating an open in the injector circuits. The X in the code will indicate which cylinder the problem is in.

Alternatively, if it will start at all, is to get it running and pull one of the outer VC wiring connectors off (check the Hard/No start link in my signature). If the engine dies when you pull the connector off, then that side is probably good. If there's no effect to the way the engine is running, then you've found the bank that's causing the problem.

The best repair is to replace the UVC harness with a new one that has an improved latch design. There are also plastic shims available that stiffen up the latch on your existing harness and make it latch better. They're a stopgap repair, IMO. I'd recommend spending a bit more money on a new harness.
