With what you said about EGT's soaring and the turbo not boosting, you most likely have stuck vanes in the turbo also. You should probably pull it and clean it.
Hopefully you bought OEM fuel filters.
How many miles on your truck? Is it 45k and never changed the fuel filters? If so, you are really risking a big bill on injectors. Change fuel filters every 10k.
